What should I do right after a fall?
Report it to the business and ask for an incident report, photograph the hazard before it is cleaned up, get names of witnesses, and see a doctor the same day.

How long do I have to file?
Generally two years in Pennsylvania, with much shorter notice deadlines if the fall happened on government property.
